Empathizing With Your Baby

It can be really hard to know what to do when your infant is upset and you don’t know why.

After diapers are changed, bellies are filled, and naptime is over, how do you respond to the cries of your baby? Let’s look beyond “shushing” and pacifying to being emotionally supportive and present with your baby’s distress.
